These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our online gaming platform, including all related services, content, and features. You may voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary closure requires submission of a formal request and verification of your identity. Upon closure, all active bonuses are forfeited immediately. Your account data is retained for seven years to comply with anti-money laundering regulations and may be reviewed if you attempt to re-register. These Terms remain binding upon you even after account closure for any claims arising from prior account activity.
This document and all terms contained herein are subject to the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
